NSW Attorney-General asks DPP to review convicted paedophile Neil Duncan’s bail after alleged breaches

A convicted Bega paedophile may find himself at the rear of bars following remaining charged with breaching his bail ailments. 

The NSW Attorney-General Mark Speakman has requested the NSW Director of Community Prosecutions evaluation the decision to continue the bail of Neil Duncan.

Final week, Mr Speakman said he would review the case of the 67-12 months-old, who before this month was located responsible by a Queanbeyan District Courtroom of eight counts of sexually touching ladies below the age of 16 in between 2018 and last 12 months.

Duncan experienced been bailed forward of his sentencing in Sydney on August 5.

“I have requested that the NSW Director of Community Prosecutions assessment the bail determination for this make any difference,” Mr Speakman reported in a statement on Tuesday.
